• Flexible Terms: Choose between 6-month or 12-month terms.

Conditions for Service: Due to the non-executive role and its liabilities, you must:

• Also opt for 1 of our Corporate Secretary packages.
• Ensure the appointment of at least 1 executive director (can be local / foreigner) 

* We do not provide Nominee Director to the companies that we are not appointed as company secretary
